How dis you do the white with red, yellow, and purple nails?

First, I painted my nails with a white nail polish and let them dry, then I used a fan brush and a little bit of acrylic paint to do short paint strokes at the base of my nail.  It’s important not to use too much paint in order to get the desired feathered effect.
